Dublin, Ireland – 50k to 100k euros Permanent

Are you a Salesforce Developer OR Technical Lead who can help customers define their project requirements/solutions? If so please get in touch. Salaries are between 50 and 100k Euros

My client is a leading consultancy who have a team of certified and experienced professionals who can boast of experiences across Salesforce including (but not limited to):

  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Sales Cloud

Due to new business relationships and the continuous growth plan my client are looking for individuals to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for a role which will be 90% on site in Dublin with the occasional travel required.

Can you develop a shared timeline and take ownership for the technical delivery of the solution?

Do you have experience of working within internal development and configuration teams?

As a Developer you will

play a vital role in an agile development team using modern development practices

  • develop solutions, which will be relevant to complex business requirements
  • take ownership of all deliverables and propose suitable solutions
  • work with a variety of development teams in an agile environment
  • ensure all development plans are delivered on time with accurate estimates
  • be part of the company who collaborates across projects and shares knowledge

As a Technical Lead you will

  • Project delivery within budget, scope, quality and time
  • Allocate project tasks to the team
  • Risk & Issue identification and management throughout all projects
  • Lead project teams to implement project deliverables – You must have a hands-on mentality
  • Create documentation for projects including: Project plan, Gantt Chart, Status Report, Risk Logs etc
  • Monitoring and assisting delivery of development tasks
  • Close collaboration with the delivery team to guide & advise on design and technical implementation
  • Ensure technical quality and good design principles are followed
  • Report regularly to the management team in project progress
  • Management of change throughout the project delivery
  • Manage the handover of the project with customer and/or support
  • Assist with operational improvement tasks within the delivery team & PMO
  • If project timelines are not hit – Additional workload will be expected to ensure delivery
