You will work directly with leading eCommerce companies and help them with the integration of our products and services.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis? 
In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new integration approaches to help our customers perform better. Running all timelines you will use your project management skills to and experience to work on up to 15 projects at any one time. As a go-to expert, you will work directly with the sales team and customers to seamlessly integrate our suite of products. You can also expect to plan and deliver customer training on product functionality, to help maximize the value add to their businesses.

What will make you the ideal candidate? 
Candidates will need to have a strong implementation and project management background (project management qualification not essential). Evidence of managing multiple, complex projects with external enterprise customers will be key, and having a level of technical knowledge, such as JSON, XML and HTML. Confidence, communication and strong customer engagement will be needed in order to manage deadlines and time frames effectively. Besides good English language skills, we will require fluency in Mandarin.
